Moustafa Said is a partner specialising in real estate, hotels and tourism. He has extensive experience in real estate, particularly in hotel and branded residence developments. Moustafa was previously a partner at King & Spalding where he led their Real Estate and Hotels practice in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates for many years. Moustafa previously worked in a number of leading British and Australian law firms and has lived and worked in the Middle East since 2006.
With considerable experience in the United Arab Emirates, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and many other jurisdictions in the region, Moustafa represents property developers, banks, facility managers, consultants and others in a variety of real estate ventures. He frequently handles property structuring, development, leasing, facilities management and joint ventures, along with other commercial matters.
Moustafa also advises owners and operators on all aspects of hotel and branded residence developments throughout the Middle East, Asia and Africa.
